IMPORTANT NOTICE
Motor sport is dangerous.
By entering, attending, participating in, officiating at, volunteering for, or otherwise being present at this event, you acknowledge and accept the following conditions.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Motor sport activities, including but not limited to rock crawling, vehicle recovery operations, pit activities, camping, vehicle movements, spectator attendance, and associated event operations, are inherently dangerous and may involve risks including:

Serious injury or death;

Vehicle collisions, rollovers, and mechanical failures;

Flying rocks, debris, dust, mud, and other objects;
-
Uneven ground, natural terrain, and environmental hazards;
-
Exposure to noise, weather, fire, and other conditions associated with outdoor events;
-
Risks arising from the actions of competitors, officials, volunteers, spectators, contractors, and other attendees.
All persons enter and remain at the venue entirely at their own risk.
RELEASE AND WAIVER
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all attendees, competitors, pit crew members, officials, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, exhibitors, and spectators acknowledge that:

They voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance and participation in the event.

Ultimate Rock Crawling, the event organisers, venue owners, landowners, officials, volunteers, sponsors, contractors, affiliated organisations, and their respective representatives shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, theft, or expense suffered by any person or property arising from attendance at or participation in the event, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian law.
Nothing in these conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable Australian legislation.
COMPETITORS, NAVIGATORS & PIT CREW
All competitors, navigators, and pit crew members must:

Comply with all event rules, regulations, supplementary regulations, and directions issued by event officials.

Ensure vehicles and equipment meet all applicable scrutineering and safety requirements.

Follow all instructions from officials, marshals, recovery personnel, medical staff, and emergency services personnel.

Wear all required safety equipment while participating in event activities.
-
Remain fit and capable of safely participating in the event.
Failure to comply may result in penalties, exclusion from the event, or removal from the venue.
SPECTATOR CONDITIONS
All spectators must:

Remain within designated spectator areas at all times.
-
Obey all safety signage, barriers, fencing, and instructions from officials.
-
Not enter competition areas, pit areas, recovery zones, start/finish areas, or restricted locations unless authorised.
-
Accept that competition courses and safety zones may be altered without notice for operational or safety reasons.
Children under 18 years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
VEHICLES, PROPERTY & CAMPING
All vehicles, caravans, campers, equipment, merchandise, and personal belongings are brought onto the venue at the owner's risk.
The organisers accept no responsibility for:

Loss or theft of personal property;
-
Damage to vehicles or equipment;
-
Damage caused by weather, natural events, or the actions of third parties.
Camping and vehicle parking are permitted only in designated areas.
ALCOHOL, DRUGS & BEHAVIOUR
Any person who:
-
Is affected by alcohol or drugs in a manner that creates a safety risk;
-
Behaves in a dangerous, reckless, abusive, threatening, or unlawful manner;
-
Refuses to follow reasonable directions from event officials;
may be removed from the venue and/or excluded from further participation without refund.
PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA CONSENT
By entering the venue, you consent to the recording and use of your image, likeness, voice, vehicle, and equipment in photographs, video recordings, drone footage, live streams, television broadcasts, promotional material, websites, and social media platforms by Ultimate Rock Crawling, its sponsors, media partners, and authorised representatives without compensation.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL
The organisers reserve the right to:

Refuse entry to any person;
-
Remove any person from the venue;
-
Suspend, postpone, alter, or cancel any activity or part of the event where required for safety, operational, environmental, or emergency reasons.
EMERGENCY PROCEDURES
In the event of an emergency:
-
Remain calm.
-
Follow all instructions from event officials and emergency services personnel.
-
Do not enter restricted or emergency response areas.
-
Report any incident or injury immediately to the nearest official or marshal.
WARNING
MOTOR SPORT IS DANGEROUS.
Persons attending this event do so entirely at their own risk.
By entering this venue, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Conditions of Entry, Participation and Risk Warning.
