ENTRY CONDITIONS & LIABILITY WAIVER

By entering this venue, all persons acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

• Motorsport activities, including rock crawling and associated event operations, are inherently dangerous and may involve risk of injury, death, property damage, dust, noise, uneven terrain, moving vehicles, and other hazards.

• All attendees enter the venue entirely at their own risk.

• The event organisers, officials, volunteers, sponsors, landowners, competitors, contractors, and associated entities accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss, damage, theft, accident, or death sustained by any person or property while attending or participating in this event.

• All persons must comply with directions provided by event officials, marshals, security personnel, and emergency services at all times.

• Entry into restricted areas, competition zones, pit areas, recovery areas, or designated competitor-only areas is strictly prohibited unless authorised.

• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

• Attendees acknowledge that photographs and video footage may be captured during the event and may be used for promotional, media, and social media purposes by the organisers and sponsors without compensation.

• Any person behaving in a dangerous, reckless, abusive, intoxicated, or unlawful manner may be removed from the venue without refund.

• The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the venue at their discretion.

By entering the venue, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these conditions.

Spectators are reminded to remain within designated spectator areas at all times and obey all safety signage and announcements.

EMERGENCY

In the event of an emergency, please follow directions from event officials immediately.
