Welcome to the 2024 season of Ultimate Rock Crawling. 

The first round is going to be the 2 car event, This event will still be part of the series and go towards the points for the season and crowned season winner, To be eligible for the season winner you need to compete in all 3 rounds.

Competitor tickets and pit crew / family tickets can be purchase here. This event is closed to the general public due to access to the site.

The Rock Farm other tracks will be unavailable over the weekend. Only camping and event site will be open to patrons. If anyone uses the park tracks etc they will be asked to leave the park immediately. Everyone must pay on entry no exceptions !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

• Keep speed down to walking pace whist moving onto and around the property, max 10 kms, harness / seat belt must be worn while vehicles are in motion

• Fires subject to the conditions, to be advise just prior to the event

• 4 Wheel drive access only

• Closed to the general public

• No Pets, chainsaws, glass, firearms or fireworks permitted.

• No fresh water available on site, so please bring your own.

• Bottles, cans, cigarette butts, bottle tops, foil and plastics are not to be burnt in communal fire if its permitted.

• Please take all your rubbish away with you.

• Any abusive or drunken behavior from any pit crew / teams will result in removal from the event

• No drink / drug driving permitted

• Only Driving to and from event site is permitted.

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• Wrist bands must be worn at all times

• Noise curfew from 10:00pm onwards

• Anyone that breaks the event park rules will be removed from the park any shall forfeit any monies paid.

• No digging up main entry track or around the camping area

• Only people that is in a proper restraint allowed in the vehicle whist in motion

• By gaining access to the event you are agreeing to abide by the above rules.

• No trailers allowed in camp site, there is a designated trailer parking area as marked on the map

• EFT facilities on site.

• No dogs permitted on site except for assistant Dogs

We will have photographers and drone's Onsite for footage for marketing purposes

All Trailers to be left at the drop off point

The is a Cross Country Drivers Association (CCDA) sanctioned event

The Venue is located at

Dromore Road, Chakola, NSW 2630

Approximately 37kms south is the township of Michelago, providing the last fuel stop.

Continue south on the Monaro Hwy B23 to Bredbo N.S.W. You will pass the pub on your right.

Continue south on the Monaro Hwy B23 for 16.6kms.Turn right onto Dromore Road (beware this is a sharp turn over a busy highway road onto dirt).

Continue west on Dromore Road about 900m to a cattle grid, cross this and follow the road around to the right, crossing the river. After crossing the river, follow the track immediately to the left. There may be cattle on the track so please drive with care.

You will come to a second cattle grid, cross this and proceed to the next set of double gates.

Proceed through the next two paddocks and follow the main track as per sign posts
