Gates Open Midday Thursday 19th June for campers 

The Event will start by 9am Friday and will run all day and will then re-start 9am Saturday and go through into the eventing and then start 9am Sunday and will go through to approx 2pm

• Keep speed down to walking pace whist moving onto and around the property, max 10 kms, harness / seat belt must be worn while 

        vehicles are in motion

• No drink / drug driving permitted

• Competitors driving to and from event Tracks is permitted, no other driving around the site

• Only people that is in a proper restraint allowed in the vehicle whist in motion (cannot be on or in a Tray or Tun of a vehicle

• All competitors will be breathalyzed each day

• No digging up main entry track or around the camping area

• Fire pits only, no ground fires permitted, they all need to be contained. limited firewood will be available, No using any fallen tree’s / 

        branches etc on the property. There will be a marked pile available to use. Best to bring your own wood

• Bottles, cans, cigarette butts, bottle tops, foil and plastics are not to be burnt in any fire if its permitted.

• No Dogs permitted. Your entry fee with not be Refunded if you turn up with one. Assistant Dogs are an exception.

• No Pets, chainsaws, glass, firearms or fireworks permitted, 

• No fresh water available on site, so please bring your own.

• Please take all your rubbish away with you.

• Any abusive or drunken behavior from anyone including spectators / pit crew / teams will result in removal from the event

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• Wrist bands must be worn at all times

• Noise curfew from 10:00pm onwards

• Anyone that breaks the event park rules will be removed from the park any shall forfeit any monies paid.

• By gaining access to the event you are agreeing to abide by the above rules.
