NO REFUND POLICY - TICKETS, ENTRIES & CAMPING FEES

All ticket purchases, competitor entries, camping fees, pit passes, merchandise pre-orders, and other event-related purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.

No refunds will be provided for: Change of mind, Failure to attend the event, Illness, injury, personal circumstances, work commitments, or travel issues,Vehicle breakdowns, mechanical failures, or failure to pass scrutineering.

Adverse weather conditions, including rain, heat, wind, dust, or other natural conditions where the event proceeds.Removal from the venue or exclusion from the event due to a breach of event rules, safety requirements, or venue conditions.

Delays, schedule changes, track modifications, or changes to event programming.

If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or modified due to circumstances beyond the organisers' control, including but not limited to extreme weather, government directions, emergency situations, venue issues, or safety concerns, tickets and entries may be transferred to the rescheduled event at the organisers' discretion, but refunds will not be issued.If the event is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, any refund or credit offered will be at the sole discretion of the organisers, subject to costs already incurred and obligations under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

By purchasing a ticket, entry, camping pass, pit pass, or any other event-related product, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.

Ultimate Rock Crawling Event Management reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
